El Proceso de cierre<\/h2>\n

Emma<\/strong>: “Como grupo, nuestro equipo ha tenido una idea, la ha planificado, ha ejecutado el plan, ha supervisado o controlado su progreso y ahora ha llegado al proceso de cierre. En el proceso de cierre tenemos la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre la calidad de los resultados del proyecto, lo que hemos aprendido sobre la gesti\u00f3n de un proyecto y el buen trabajo realizado junto a tu equipo.
En el proceso de cierre todav\u00eda hay que completar algunos trabajos como los siguientes:<\/p>\n

  • En el caso de algunos proyectos, se crea una presentaci\u00f3n de cierre<\/strong> para presentar el informe final a los grupos de inter\u00e9s (el consejo escolar, la residencia de ancianos, los patrocinadores, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Recopilamos y guardamos toda la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con el proyecto (como el plan del proyecto, el programa completo, etc.) en una cartera de proyectos<\/strong>, por ejemplo, en un cuaderno o un ordenador. Estos documentos se convierten en material de referencia para futuros proyectos, por ejemplo para nuevas versiones de nuestro servicio de entrega de comida en los pr\u00f3ximos meses o para otro evento que queramos organizar.<\/li>\n
  • Los miembros del equipo deben “aprobar<\/strong>” el proyecto para verificar que ha finalizado.<\/li>\n
  • Estamos creando un documento de las lecciones aprendidas<\/strong> con los miembros del equipo preguntando qu\u00e9 ha ido bien, qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda haberse hecho mejor y qu\u00e9 deber\u00eda seguir realiz\u00e1ndose.<\/li>\n
  • Estamos realizando una autoevaluaci\u00f3n y una evaluaci\u00f3n de los compa\u00f1eros<\/strong> y mantenemos una conversaci\u00f3n sobre cada miembro de nuestro equipo de forma individual. Incluimos si:\n

      6. Y, como no pod\u00eda ser de otra manera, celebramos<\/strong> todo lo que nuestro equipo ha conseguido. Independientemente del resultado, hemos dedicado tiempo y esfuerzo, hemos aprendido mucho durante el proceso y debemos recibir una recompensa por todo el esfuerzo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
