global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Gabby: &#8220;Es necesario crear un <strong>programa del proyecto<\/strong> en el que se identifiquen todos los hitos y las actividades que deben completarse, incluidas las fechas de inicio y vencimiento, con el fin de cumplir el plazo para el evento de lanzamiento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Para crear un programa debemos seguir los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Identificaci\u00f3n de los hitos:<\/strong> los hitos son los puntos cr\u00edticos del calendario de un proyecto que pueden controlarse para determinar si el proyecto est\u00e1 en marcha. Estos muestran la finalizaci\u00f3n de las principales partes del proyecto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Definici\u00f3n de las actividades:<\/strong> \u00bfqu\u00e9 actividades se deben llevar a cabo para cumplir cada hito?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enumeraci\u00f3n de las actividades<\/strong>: las actividades corresponden a la lista de &#8220;cosas por hacer&#8221; de cada actividad. Dividimos los hitos y las actividades del proyecto mediante una <strong>estructura de desglose del trabajo (WBS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s)<\/strong>. Puedes encontrar el ejemplo debajo de este texto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Determinaci\u00f3n de la secuencia: <\/strong>\u00bfcu\u00e1ndo se realizar\u00e1 cada hito, actividad y tarea?Para determinar la secuencia, tendremos que evaluar qu\u00e9 actividades son dependientes y cu\u00e1les son independientes.Una tarea <strong>dependiente<\/strong> implica que otra actividad o tarea debe ser completada antes de que la tarea dependiente pueda comenzar. Ejemplo: si voy a entregar la comida, en primer lugar tengo que comprarla. Por lo tanto, la entrega de la comida depende de que se haya completado su compra.\n<p>Una tarea <strong>independiente<\/strong> es aquella actividad o tarea que puede completarse en cualquier momento y que no est\u00e1 relacionada con ninguna otra tarea que se est\u00e9 llevando a cabo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estimaci\u00f3n del tiempo: <\/strong>\u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo tardar\u00e1 en completarse cada tarea? Se trata de la mejor estimaci\u00f3n basada en la experiencia anterior, teniendo en cuenta el volumen de trabajo que debe realizarse.Subestimar la cantidad de tiempo necesaria para completar cada actividad es un error com\u00fan.
